On 15 July in JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Kostroma GRES - STATE REGIONAL
ELECTRIC POWER PLANT" passed the corporate certification of
Director-Generals and secretaries of the councils of the directors of
the daughterly dependent societies KGRES.

Pavel Platov, the chief of a service of the corporate relations of financial- lawful
administration KGRES: "on the councils of the directors of the daughterly structures OF
JOINT STOCK COMPANY" Kostroma GRES - STATE REGIONAL ELECTRIC POWER
PLANT "- joint stock companies, the formed on the base former shops and the subdivisions of station - were heard the reports of Director-Generals on the system of corporate
administration in the society. The decision to conduct corporate certification is made according to the results of the study of this problem. Our service organized the instruction of the secretaries of councils and the Director-Generals. I note, that the purpose of the carried out certification not to find gaps in the knowledge, and to vice versa increase them. The questions proposed were not too complex, they concerned understanding corporate logic and knowledge of
normative reports ".
