This question is bandied about all over the Media. First off, they are all computer generated. So there is no difference whither they were printed off the computer or scanned and copied.

What counts is that they were circulated documents that had been marked up and edited. With notes on them. By the people involved. <font size=4>Destroying any of these <font color=blue>"originals or copies"<font color=black> broke the chain of information.
