Purchase discount for Paramount - I think that's only for Canadians. Good deal if you can get it. There's a reasonable expectation that Paramount will be compensated for the shutdowns of wells by the Alberta Energy Board. The ususal CanRoy expectations apply, plus the high distribution are liklely to result in capital gains as royalty trusts move out of obscurity.
