The security situation is bad, and I understand why they are sick of it. I do think it is temporary, though, and I agree that more work will improve moral and keep some people out of mischief. Since, in poll after poll, even fairly recent, the Iraqis support the overthrow of Saddam, and think that eventually their lives will get better, I doubt that the impressions of the reporter are quite accurate, but who knows, maybe it is a trough in public opinion.........
