Bergler was all set to step into the Kerry administration and continue the policies and practices he employed in the Clinton administration. Until he had to admit he'd "inadvertently" removed (swiped) classified documents from the national archives and destroyed them on five occasions. So its reasonable to think Bergler's handling of Al Qaida during the Clinton administration was an indication of how a Kerry administration would handle the same problem.

I forgot to make that point strongly earlier. Thanks for remind me and giving me the opportunity.
