How many times did Rice stop attacks on Al Qaida? None. (It was four times for Bergler - that we know about - see longandshort's post to you.)

In other words, according to the commission report, Mr. Berger was presented with plans to take action against the threat of Al Qaeda four separate times — Spring 1998, June 1999, December 1999, and August 2000. Each time, Mr. Berger was an obstacle to action.

And remember till Bergler's 5 thefts and destructions of classified documents came to light, Bergler was on track to step into a Kerry administration.
