Essentially, your position is that "Well, spending more money on schools improves education because it is so obvious that it should." The problem, as I have previously pointed out to you (but you obviously didn't comprehend), is that government is the worst possible vehicle for spending money. I think I also provided an example of our local school's squandering of money. Why? Because they can.

If you get a chance, check out Donald Trump's first book, "The Art of the Deal". Not that I'm a big Trump fan, but for the story of the Wohlman Rink, if nothing else.
