What moral or legal obligation did Saddam have to al Qaeda or the inverse? None.

My usage was correct.

You keep digging a deeper hole. You incorrectly accused me of spreading false statements because you didn't understand the usage of the word "tie". If you didn't like my word choice, please feel free to ask. But falsely accusing me of spreading “the real lie”, and then not retracting your post, is shameful on your part.
