That definitely would take a call to the HQ. Good question, anyway. I'm thinking that they probably wouldn't want to do that (..and may be precluded from doing so for a year+, based on the other info we got..) since they clearly would have to Register the new common shares. That would set off a lot of whistles and bells, S-8s, Form-4s, whatever, etc....!!! Mike and crew haven't made a muck of it so far, to the best of what we can tell. It would be dumb for them to leave a live bomb in the bilges for later - when they're under full sail. John :-) . .
