It may help the balance sheet but it seems to me that it's a dilution of MVIS. First MVIS owns all of Lumera, now they only own a percentage of LMRA. What's wrong with this logic? Depends on one's point of view, doesn't it? For example, MVIS shareholders might question the LMRA IPO logic, where the underwriters of LMRA might understand the logic. Just one scenario that comes to mind...
