I don't really get the point of spinning off the diamond company. Like I want some new penny stock to fart around with? If it's really as valuable as they state, why don't they just sell (rationalize) it.

Messina seems like quite a mining asset being killed by the high Rand: $250 cost if at 7.44 rand would be great. Still seems to me liked somebody else needs to take it? Time to realize shareholder value: sell the company, it's munch material.
