Moore never argues that Bush is an evil genius. Far from it. Bush is obviously NOT a genius. He got his job through his dad. He gets paid to be stupid and ignorant by the Saudis and other very very rich people.

After all, President Bush can't be both an evil genius who has elevated himself into the world's most powerful position through fraud, trickery and Saudi money - someone who has convinced Congress and the Labor government in Britain to join in a war on Iraq for profit - AND simultaneously be the incompetent boob Moore paints him to be.
