Riley, the AVERAGE PE for this sector of the
Textile industry is 14.6. If OVIS can outperform
the average it should and will earn a higher
multiple. After this run up OVIS will have to
live or die by its actual performance. I try never
to lose sight of the fact that I buy companies not stocks and
I buy them because I think they are well managed
(Morgan and Breton are doing a supurb job) and have
a good position in their industry with lots of
growth opportunity. Again I think OVIS has this.
I don't feel the need to go beyond the basic facts
of the business to be very confident of its future.
If you bought at $1.50 would you not like to know
that you owned something with real value?
I thought the newcomers would like that.
