I think you stuck a fork in him, Ralph .......... .......... We have a lot of ugly Americans in this country. It's a goddamn provincial place. I've thought for years about leaving it because of its general narrow-mindedness. But it's damn good theatre living in it. You just have to put up with a lot of stupidity. I've maintained for years that this country has ridden the backs of a hundred or so geniuses through the 20th Century. The country was getting ready to hit the skids when the computer age brought it out of its doldrums in 1980. Morons like to think it was the shift of power from Carter to Reagan. Yeah, right.
