More “sour grapes” from this writer. Funny, he and “Hwang Tae-kyung- an official from the Information and Telecommunications Intellectual Property Association (ITIPA), an institute for Korea¡¯s mid-tier handset providers”, conveniently forgot to mention the stipulation that Chinese companies are required to use Qualcomm chipsets (with some limitations).

Also, conveniently omitted was the fact that the Korean companies were offered and rejected the same deal. Wonder why, could it be that the Korean’s have not suffered from any “discrimination” and are receiving the “most favored obligations” terms?
