The rightwing should stop libeling people. Then they'd find everyone gets a lot more united (which they don't want).Lee Atwater is the Godfather of modern rightwing politics and GW was a disciple. The basic rule is use hatred and libel to divide then conquer. This was how they destroyed Dukakis for instance, and Gore to a degree. But it won't work this time no matter how many times they call war hero Kerry a "traitor" and peoples' champion John Edwards an "ambulance chaser". This election is mainly about Bush-Cheney anyway, and 58% of Americans are now turned off. Should be more, but 58% is enough. That is the number saying Bush deliberately misled us on Iraq and that we're on the wrong track in this country. Two killer poll numbers. Deep-down it's Bush-Cheney's dishonesty that matters, plus the even grosser dishonesty of rightwing pundits and propaganda artists.
