No doubt this is all irrational, but the heart has reasons, etc.

The only politician I can ever remember feeling that way about was Ollie North. To this day he still gives me the shivers. So I can relate to what you're saying although I don't think I could muster much antipathy with any frequency.

Mrs. Edwards seems like a lovely human being. As does Mrs. Bush. It would be terribly hard to hate either of them I would think.
