Okay, here's another one for you:

Let's say all the certs are called in, the price hits the first level of $20 or higher, and we want to sell 10% of our shares. Since we have only one certificate that has all our shares listed on it, when we return them to our broker, does not he then have our entire amount to again start shorting, or will it not be prudent to request that our brokers then return a new cert with the updated number of shares? Am I being paranoid? I just want to make sure that these guys get stuck good.
