Because we were at war and I'm a patriot. Is that really so alien to you? I was in the tent from 9/11 until he willfully and precipitously strong-armed us into Iraq. We STILL are at war, Karen. Like it or not. And from the looks of the 9-11 Commission Report, we will be for many, many years to come. And re "precipitiously" .... perhaps you could define that. Did you mean all the previous 8 years, plus the Bush 3 years....or the 17 UN Resolutions over a period of years...which Saddam ignored? Or perhaps you were comparing the article I sent to you re Bosnia and the speed with which Clinton decided to go into Bosnia....without UN approval, by the way.
