billwot, CPQ. Thanks for the article. I read it twice. I guess CPQ could have worse problems than keeping up with demand. But there seems to be quite a bit of trouble with their channels. It is really never to good an idea to fall behind. I guess the problem is a transition to a business style more like Dell's. I think that was what M.Dell was talking about. He thought it would take time to catch up with their business style because of CPQs resellers. I guess resellers will be left more by the wayside. I am definitely not the one to interpret this article to the best. All I know is, you don't want to lose business to competitors. Anybody out there with knowledge on this subject? Sonny
