Perhaps you're right but my read is it is much more likely the stock will decline during this period

I don't see any indication that investors are treating IBM and similar as safe harbors. To the contrary they seem to be pulling back generally from the market and from technology in particular

Of all the stocks you list, IBM comes up on my radar as looking the most sickly
