I think the issue in this election is which is more valuable: (1) removing Bush from office; or (2) teaching the democratic party a lesson it will never forget. I am very unhappy with the democratic platform as it relates to Iraq. Regarding the economy, the platform contains a lot of bullshit ... every sentient human being knows that the next president will inherit a lousy economy (all the possible stimulus has been used up) and there isn't much he will be able to do about it. Iraq is the central issue in this campaign, and the democrats are running from it. This will give Nader's campaign considerable impetus, as disgusted democrats refuse to play the DNC's game.
