In this climate, relative strength with respect to the DOW may not be much to write home about

I believe it is likely that IBM will decline a bit more from current levels

If I were playing with options here, I'd be inclined to write covered calls (or naked calls if you're up to it) on any rally, and sell naked puts on any sharp intraday decline
