WHAT DOES THAT PHRASE MEAN IN ACTUALITY? And while you're at it, you've also used "health care quality". Cover that too. While high paying jobs that have health care benefits are going down. So what shall we do? The Chinese have figured out how to make chips. The Indians have figured out how to write software. What shall we do? Nuke 'em? That's why we need to replace Bush. Good luck.
