REMEDY THE TRADE GAP
ENCOURAGE MFG TO RETURN TO USA

it will take a lot of encouragement
so far, a feeble recovery has made the trade gap worse
therefore, without structural remedy, we get a crisis

that will bring about change
it is really that simple
