If the so-called "scrubbing" was all-important, why was it not made a focus in Nov. 2000 when algore was demanding a selective vote of only certain precincts? Why was the argument not a part of the litigation that eventually made its way to the Supreme Court? Get over it. Bush won. algore lost.
