Today the market experienced an intra-day failure to the upside and finished near the middle of a nearly equal spread on sustained volume, ending the day in a neutral condition. Today's intra-day failure was a result of the meeting of demand. The markets neutral condition suggests that any rally will be short lived. Today we continued to see selling from both the investor and speculator groups. It is expected that the targets mentioned over the weekend are likely to be met in the near term.
