Add/Remove PeopleMark now works when viewing profiles on Dev.

While I was at it, I made it so that you have to be logged in to view profiles there so that when email addresses start becoming parts of profile (when a user opts to make them available -- the default will be that they're invisible), if anyone programmatically harvests them, we'll be able to find out who.
