I have some questions regarding OVIS.

1) Is it too late to start buying shares on Monday? Are the MMs still willing to sell some more shares as naked shorts?
2) After the certs are called in, is there a certain time limit by which the MMs have to cover their shorts?
3) Is this legal? Does this open to door to lawsuits on the basis that the cartel is involved in some sort of collusion or price fixing behavior?

I currently have no position in OVIS and just found out about it today.
