Actually, I am doing much better since I was diagnosed three weeks ago. My fasting blood sugar was over 500, they said I was lucky not to be in a coma. Now it's below 200 (still too high). The sugar in my urine is gone, too (sorry if that's not polite to say).

Lucky for me, I get full blood and urine screens every couple of months because of the drugs I take for rheumatoid arthritis, and that picked it up.

I felt really bad, but assumed it was the RA. Now feel much, much better.
