Hi Bill,

Have not heard of using Lysine (an amino acid) for cold sores. Do you take it or put it directly on the sore. The test would be if the sores return when you stop using it. And then stop when you use it again.

Cold sores often go away permanently in many people all by theirselves. Or disappear for years only to return later. Or only appear every few years.
