Question answered:
1:If you place a MARKET order, they have to fill all or parts of it. Note this is not a limit order, but buy at market.
2. Yes, days after the call.
3. The cartel has nothing to do with price fixing. We are all individual investors that own stock in OVIS. Some shareholders have been here for years, some months and some days. We all have the same interest of seeking proper shareholder value, but the MM keep trying to hammer to stock to create a terminal short by selling shares that do not exist.
4. The word cartel is used for the lack of a better word. The shareholders of OVIS are sick of the blant stock manulpation in the market and have acted as a concerned shareholders to correct the problem.
5. The OVIS shareholder value cartel was formed not to seek a proxy battle with the company. As they are doing a great job in their turn around from the past managements problems. Like I said we are acting each on our own, but with the same ideas and beliefs. To seek a proper share value.
6. The short squeeze was our trump card since we have more shareholder shares in the cartel than legal stock authorized. Meaning a large MM short position that has to be covered at any price. And we had no plans to start it on our own unless the MM started their dirty games to hammer the stock again. You see we had no choice but to call the shares.
