5:51AM Asyst sees revs light of guidance; CFO leaving to take similar position at Fortune 200 company (ASYT) 6.40: Based on its preliminary results, co sees Q1 revs of approx $141 mln vs previous guidance of $145-$155 mln (consensus $150.4 mln). Co's CFO will remain through the release of Q1 results on Aug 4. Co says decision to leave Asyst is unrelated to the co's expected Q1 results.
