When people ask to see Bush's record, they want to know what he did as an individual, whether he played hookie etc. When you ask to see Kerry's records for the awards he received, you are calling into question the process that our military has in place to hand out these awards. YOu insult all those who have received these awards by insinuating that the process is faulty and can be manipulated.

That is not a line I would take. We need to acknowledge that Kerry showed up when the country needed him. He was from a family that could have wielded influence to avoid going to Vietnam. And the sharp contrast between Bush and Kerry is that Kerry showed up in the Mekong delta but Bush failed to show up even in the cozy office in Alabama. What else would you call "abdiccation of responsibility".

Let us send the "send me" man to the White House.
