i understand the awards system quite well. i also understand the 12 month tour system quite well. i also am quite suspect when supporting documentation will not be produced. i also wonder why no one has volunteered to provide names of any personnel from the 2 1/2 million who served in Viet-Nam that got credit for a full tour after being in country for 4 months. i started the list with john kerry. i have yet to see one name added to the list. p.s. I don't like jane fonda either.
