This is not to excuse anything Berger did, but what kind of place is this where you can check out top secret (I think they are higher classifications than top secret) documents (and or only copies) and people can leave without returning them. If Berger can do this, so can others. How many others have done this or is sting operations SOP?

If Berger is convicted, I think the people that operate this place should be fired. They are dangerous to our safety.
