Latest I heard, all leagal problems have been solved and they have obtained a $10 million financing. Apparently, they are working on several promising prospects which they hope to announce in a few weeks. In my opinion, this is not the time to sell. Some time back they had 13 employees. Now they have approx. 30 and expect to hae 80-90 within a clouple of months.
