The 4 months of front line experience in Nam qualifies him to be a spokesperson for Viet Nam Vets. That was not administrative experience nor does it transfer in anyway as an administrative qualification.

So, I am still looking. I have not seen even ONE example of demonstrated capabilities. I would think that his experience in congress or as an attorney should have turned up some demonstrated capabilities but no one has offered that so I am starting to think the whole thing is a sham. My suspicion from the start has been that he isn't supposed to win; as, that would botch hillaries run in 2008. But of course no one would ever admit to that.
