healthcare--Please see drug prescription benefit to the elderly. education--See No Child Left Behind program that actually forces schools though testing to actually educate students deficit reduction--Would be nice but when you are fighting terrorists and mandatory spending programs prevent us from having the dollars necessary to defend ourselves deficits are surely going to result. You can blame Bin Laden for blowing a hole in deficit reduction. environment--enough laws and regulations on the books already, actually too many regulations that don't meausure up to a cost-benefit analysis.
