If our troops are engaged in torture they will and are being prosecuted. If they are engaged in illegal killings I assume the same will occur. I have yet to date to see of any charges of illegal killings outside the prison system. However several Intelligence Officers have been charged with deaths in the prisons. I support our troops and God Bless America.
