I have no objection to developing Anwar. I've read it's development would only supply a tiny fraction of our needs, and would in no way end our dependence on foreign oil. What if we need some oil in say, 50 years? Then our Anwar oil might be worth much more than it is today, and our extraction techniques that much more advanced and enviornment friendly.
