One of the downgrades came from MOORS & CABOT. They initiated ASYT at OUTPERFORM in December 2003 when the stock was in the mid-teens.

Today they downgraded the stock at $5/share to HOLD.

Following their advice will cost you big bucks! I strongly suggest doing the exact opposite of their public declarations.
