Thats all great, but as a billionaire he only offerred to pay a minimal 15% of his own income to pay for it. So basically he was soooo generous that he was willing to pay for child healthcare on the back of somebody else, namely the bourgeouise middle class, whom he hates. In fact Kerry is so NON-generous that you will see that during the 1990s, he gave a paltry nothing to charity. If you request links I'll provide the embarassing links to his tax info.
