Hi all... I have been watching WGEN on and off for awhile. I just noticed the shares were on SALE. Is this the final markdown or is a better bargain coming <G>? I have some contact with the owners of gasoline stations and the opinion I am getting is that they are holding off upgrades in fear of changing regulations, that would require them to do additional upgrades later, were they to do them now. I think as the end of 1998 nears, there will be an acceleration to install the required equipment and WGEN will probably grow very fast at that time. In the meantime, I am looking for the best entry point. I will continue to keep orders to buy placed. Hoping for $1/share or lower. Does anyone know what the total outstanding shares number at this point? Also the deal Sagaponack got seemed a little too sweet. Do they keep 40% of the company even after the $7 mil. is paid back? Planning to join soon.. Ron.
