Kerry and Dean don't hate each other. They just aren't each others' favorite people. Dean can be a bit of a p*ick frankly, but he sure did stir up the base. Without him, Kerry would have bveen behind Bush in fundraising. Kerry knows he owes Dean respect, and he does give him that. Also, Kerry showed his mettle against Dean, taking him from 20% behind and thrashing him decisively. Kerry never showed any fear. It was an amazing thing. Hopefully he will do the same to Bush, though he comes even need to come from behind.
