you might look into HIX ... for the last two months it has gone up substantially in the two weeks before the dividend -
of course, I don't know if it will be the same this time - in fact, it hasn't begun to recover (after the dividend) as fast this time. however, if it fails to advancve you still get a nice 11.5% dividend (paid monthly)
