certainly agree with you.

shorts had some overkill on this stock. even in the 32-38 range. i got in
at 42, initially. only to see the stock cut more than 35% in value.

however,
i was among the very few lucky ones who got the chance to load up
my majority holding in the 28-32 range. feeling very happy right now.

not planning to sell until altera go to 200/share. (a few years later). i got
in at a stealing price (around the same price where management announced
stock buy-back). i am very happy with altera. and i will hold on
to my stock even if it seems like it is going out of business. at 28-32/share,
altera was the steal of the decade.
