Only a few hours until the verdict is in....until another 3 months roll around.

Somebody please tell me I'm reading the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement incorrectly with respect to fees and expenses - on page 70, they appear to infer that shareholders potentially pay up to 5 cents a share (ADS) for the reverse split in conjunction with the conversion to the ADRs ($5 per 100 ADSs)....which itself doesn't make sense (that they'll be regarded as ADRs) if we vote to move HQs to Silicon Valley.

Appears extremely excessive given how cheap the shares have become. This can't be true! Somebody say it ain't so....
