No, there isn't. Cheney took out an insurance policy to guarantee that payment. It totally breaks any connection. A standard technique used for resolving conflicts, one considered to be appropriate in practically all circumstances.

Well, what do you want to do about THAT? He is an administrative genius. I'm sure Haliburton (as well as a ton of other companies) WOULD like to have him back.
