Hmmm, yesterday's internals weren't as strong as I would have liked (in fact they were weak!). I think we need a little more basing before we begin to climb, or perhaps a trip to 1800 as you suspect.

The NYSE saw 58 issues rising on their charts and 131 falling. There were 2 new buy signals given and 17 new sell signals given for a net loss of 15. There were 29 Upward Reversals and 36 Downward.
